Entropy Labs Terms of Service

1. The Services

We provide mobile applications and this website. Some features are free; others require a purchase, as described below.

Shopify Apps

These additional terms apply to apps we publish on the Shopify App Store.

Billing. Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system to your Shopify account and can be cancelled at any time from your admin; charges already made are refunded on request within 14 days if the app did not work as described.

Your data, your responsibility to check. Our apps write data (such as barcodes) into your store at your direction. You are responsible for reviewing changes before relying on them, for example before printing labels or selling at POS. Undo and history features are provided to help, but we cannot guarantee that every change is correct for your business.

Availability. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Our apps are designed so that an outage does not affect your storefront or checkout.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a Shopify app is limited to the fees you paid us for that app in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or mislabelled inventory.

2. Purchases, Free Trials & Subscriptions

• Depending on the app, we offer free trials, one-time ("lifetime") purchases, and recurring subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, your paid subscription begins automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the app store you purchased from (Google Play or Apple) or, for online purchases, through the billing portal or by contacting support@entropylabs.dev. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
• Prices and plans may change. Where required, we will give notice, and changes apply to future billing periods.

3. Refunds

Purchases made through an app store are subject to that store's refund policy (Google Play or Apple). For purchases made online through our website, contact support@entropylabs.dev; we handle refund requests reasonably and in line with applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt them, or by using them unlawfully or to harm others.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entropy Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
